Jeanette is passionate about helping women find strength and confidence through exercise. A motivating leader in women’s fitness, she encourages students to lift weights, run, jump, stretch, and dance. Her teaching emphasizes a balanced exploration of human movement in all these areas, in order to maximize results and improve body awareness.
Jeanette’s Fitness Interests and Experience:
- Jeanette’s training focus is on basic strength training, and physical conditioning including kettlebell training.
- Olympic Style Weightlifting. She trains under Hani Kanama, owner and head coach of the Toronto Weightlifting Club/Kanama High Performance (Toronto, ON)
- Bellyfit Master Instructor in Training. She trains under Bellyfit Creator, Alice Bracegirdle (Victoria, BC)
- Practices Yoga regularly under Lisa Roy of Bodywise Yoga Studio (Moncton, NB)
- Belly Dance. Trained under Professional Belly Dancer Nada Lanteigne (Moncton, NB)
- Former Fitness Model Competitor. Coached and trained under Pam Stillwell-Boon (Moncton, NB)
