All one-on-one and couples training is by appointment only.

Bootcamp/Kettlebell Punch Pass – 70$/ for 8 sessions or $10 drop in

Thursday 6pm (Bootcamp/Kettlebell)

Saturday 10am (Bootcamp/Kettlebell)

Kettlebell Fundamental – (60$/ 4 weeks program – please contact us for date of the next fundamental class) prerequisite prior to joining our regular class – all movements are broken down to the simplest movement patterns to ensure proper techniques and progress.
